Bystanders at Arbutus Lake in Michigan called 911 after witnessing a man fall through the ice on the frigid lake. After arriving on scene, Michigan State police officer Kammeron Bennetts was able to deliver a ‘rescue disc’ with the help of the man’s pet dog, Ruby.
