London, Ont., police officers participating in a competition in Dubai alongside a Chechen group accused of committing atrocities in the conflict with Ukraine “damages the image of Canada,” says an expert in international relations and political science.
“When you are doing anything internationally, you have to also be aware of the image of the country, it’s not just a local matter.
