Quebec government to lay out its plan to overhaul health-care system

On Tuesday morning, the CAQ government is expected to officially unveil the contents of a document leaked to Radio-Canada last week that proposes an end to mandatory overtime for nurses and major changes to the delivery of front-line health care.
